Say Do You Remember, Ba Dee Ya Dancing in September?
You’re welcome. I really couldn’t help myself!
My darling people, how is the approach to autumn treating you? If you haven’t seen my tiny breakdown, you really should check it out. The last couple of weeks have been a doozy for me, but I’m leveling out and getting my bearings back.
Even though Colorado is relatively fire-free, the smoke from the states to our west has proven how dependent we actually are on our climate! This week in the red meant all of us were affected, not only those of us with ‘sensitivities’.
Can you believe we’ve been at this online yoga thing for over a year?! We’re approaching our first anniversary at the farm, and while progress has been slower than we imagined, we’re also excited to see more changes before the first snowfall.
Thank you for all of your patience, your emergency texts when tech fails me, and of course, your encouragement as my COVID recovery continues to have its ups and downs. I have received official word: I don’t have MS. I won’t lie, that was the big baddie for me, and now we’ll whittle down the other twenty-five tests ;)!
I’m gearing up to make some changes to the Patreon page and the subscription tiers.
I understand that the pandemic has thrown our routines for a loop. Some of us are back to doing things in public, some of us are still hesitant (okay, ME. It’s me. I’m hesitant.) to join the crowd. Moving to the farm means some of my changes are permanent even if we reach 100 percent vaccination levels. Frankly, the COVID is still kicking me in the ass occasionally, and I don’t want to find out what a breakthrough case would mean to me.
My plans include a yoga studio here at the farm where I can hold workshops, retreats, farm table dinners, wine tastings, and level up the production value of my yoga videos. I’m very excited that I may see some of you in person!
Because a yoga studio takes time to build, I’ll also be spending some time planning a yoga retreat for next year, so stay tuned because Patrons will have early access to that registration. Want to spend a long weekend doing yoga and kicking back in Grand Lake or maybe Ouray or even Pagosa Springs? Yeah, me too!
I understand some of you will say fare thee well whether you’re going back to the gym, maybe you found another yoga class that meets face-to-face (I’ll hate it, but I get it), or life has thrown you a curveball. I’ll still be here slogging away at the yoga and offering a little zen with a touch of zing.
No matter whether you stay or go, I can’t say it enough: I appreciate the support you have shown me through the years, some of you going on a decade or longer!
The new pricing for each tier includes some adjustments to the benefits and offerings. And don’t forget, I offer a referral reward: three new patrons for three months earn you a FREE t-shirt!
